Play-lates Class

50 Minute resistance training workout to sculpt long lean muscles and a strong core; bring resistance bands and a yoga/Pilates mat.

Wednesday Morning- 8:45am at St. Francis Episcopal Church 509 S. Rosemont Rd., enter near the Fellowship Hall

BARRE!  Classes

50 Minute Ballet Barre based workout.  No prior dance experience is necessary.  A fusion of dance, ballet and yoga moves are incorporated into this class.  Bring a yoga/Pilates mat, and you'll participate in your bare feet.

Monday evening - 8:00pm at The Little Gym of Virginia Beach 3312 Princess Anne Rd Suite 825 in Virginia Beach



Purchase 10 Class Pass, good for 6 months from the date of purchase:

Purchase a Single Class Pass good for 30 days from the date of purchase.

All class pass purchases (single or 10-block) are non-refundable.  You may choose to pay in person at any class using cash, check or a credit card.

  1. I'm super excited about your classes...although the two you currently offer happen to be at the ONLY two times each week I'm solidly committed, lol! My daughter has dance on Mondays at 4p and I have MOPS on Tuesday mornings at 930a. Looking forward to you adding more :)
